What we collect
When you request a founding slot we store the email address you enter. If you complete the second step, we also store what you tell us there: company and website, role, vertical, monthly ad budget range, target markets, and whether you already run ChatGPT Ads.
Alongside that we record the time of the request, the country it came from as reported by our CDN, the referring URL, any UTM parameters on the page, and your browser user-agent string.
What we deliberately do not collect
We do not store your IP address. Where we need to recognise repeat requests, for rate limiting and for the access log on our internal tools, we store a salted one-way hash instead, which cannot be reversed to an IP address. We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no third-party marketing pixels on this site.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the page performs: page views, which sections people reach, and whether a request completed. Analytics runs with IP anonymisation and non-personalised-ads mode. We never send your email address or company name to Google.
Bot protection
The request form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA. It does not track you across sites.
Advertising and cookies
We run search advertising. When you arrive from an ad, the ad platform adds a click identifier to the URL, such as gclid. We store that identifier with your request so we can tell which campaigns produce real customers rather than just form fills. It identifies a click, not a person.
If you request a founding slot, we send a SHA-256 hash of your email address to Google Ads so the conversion can be matched to your click. Hashing is one way: Google receives an irreversible fingerprint, not your address. We never send your email address, your name, your company or your IP address to Google Analytics, which its terms prohibit and which we have deliberately built against.
Your choices
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, advertising cookies stay switched off until you opt in, and we ask on your first visit. Measurement runs either way, without personal data.
If you are in the United States, no federal or state law requires an opt-in banner, so we do not interrupt you with one. You can still switch advertising cookies off at any time using Your privacy choices in the footer of any page. For California residents, that control is our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information mechanism.
We honour the Global Privacy Control signal automatically, everywhere, not only in the states that require it. If your browser sends GPC, advertising storage and ad personalisation are disabled before any tag loads, and you do not need to tell us twice.
Fonts and hosting
Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading this page makes no request to Google Fonts. The site runs on Cloudflare. Slot request data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and is readable only through an authenticated internal endpoint.
Why we are allowed to hold this
We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry you started. We use it for one purpose: to contact you about AdsOnAI and to prioritise founding slots.
How long we keep it
We keep requests until you ask us to delete them, or for 24 months after the last contact, whichever comes first.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties. Our infrastructure providers, Cloudflare and Google Analytics, process data on our behalf under their respective terms.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you have the right to access, correct, export or erase your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@adsonai.co and we will action it within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
