What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store the email address you enter. If you complete the optional second step, we also store what you tell us there: company and website, role, vertical, monthly ad budget range, target markets, and whether you already run ChatGPT Ads.

Alongside that we record the time of signup, the country your request came from (as reported by our CDN), the referring URL and any UTM parameters on the page, and your browser's user-agent string.

What we deliberately do not collect

We do not store your IP address. Where we need to recognise repeat requests — for rate limiting and for the access log on our admin tools — we store a salted one-way hash instead, which cannot be reversed to an IP address. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the page performs: page views, which sections people reach, and whether a signup completed. Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation and non-personalised-ads mode. We never send your email address or company name to Google.

Bot protection

The signup form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA. It does not track you across sites.

Fonts and hosting

Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading this page makes no request to Google Fonts. The site runs on Cloudflare's network. Lead data is stored in Cloudflare D1.

Why we are allowed to hold this

We process waitlist data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry you initiated. We use it for one thing: to contact you about adsonai and to prioritise access.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to delete them, or for 24 months after the last contact, whichever comes first.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share waitlist data with third parties. Our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Google Analytics) process data on our behalf under their respective terms.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you have the right to access, correct, export or erase your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@adsonai.co and we will action it within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
